the location is great, situated in a quiet residential area. the Lakeside Bed & Breakfast is close to West Perth restaurants, Leederville shops, and cafes. 3. the twin room offers an exceptionally comfortable bed with a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. 4. the surrounding views of the lake are lovely.

The bed & breakfast was nicely furnished with old wooden furniture. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly. - the central location was convenient for accessing West Perth restaurants.

The charming touches throughout, reminiscent of a country home in Europe, added an extra level of coziness. Waking up to a delicious in-room breakfast, with all the essentials tucked away in old wooden furniture, was a delightful surprise. The peaceful poolside and tiled garden offered a serene retreat. The location was perfect, with stunning lake walks nearby and easy access to the freeway. The owners' friendliness and helpfulness made it feel like staying with old friends. A super comfortable and homely stay, I will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and amicable and helped us with free parking. The accommodation had a central location close to the station and a beautiful lake, perfect for a morning walk. It was close enough to shops, cafes, and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the lake where I could start my day with a beautiful walk. it was conveniently situated near some great restaurants. The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent, and the staff was excellent. The hotel facilities and breakfast provided were great, and the parking and transportation options were convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Lakeside Bed & Breakfast. the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed and the bathroom was sparkling clean. the host, Jan, was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the extensive collection of books in the reading area. In the morning, we relaxed with a cup of coffee and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. it was a wonderful experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Easter at the cozy B&B was delightful. The owners were warm and hospitable making us feel welcome. The nearby lake made for an enjoyable view from out room. the breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit and delicious pastries.

The shared bathroom was a bit of a hassle as we had to go down a narrow hall to the back of the house. , the lack of variety in dining options in the immediate area was a bit disappointing, and we had to drive a bit to find places to eat.
